Lessons are held everyday by booking. They last 4 hours and can be preceded by a visit to the San Lorenzo Central Market to select ingredients.
Mornings: lessons starts at 9 a.m. with a visit to the Market or at 10 a.m. at the Restaurant.
Afternoon: lessons starts at 3 p.m. with a visit to the Market or at 4 p.m. at the Restaurant.
They are followed by tasting of the menu prepared by learners combined with Tuscan wines.
Price for individuals (minimum 2 persons, up to 4 persons): 150,00 €
Price for groups from 5 to 15 people: 65,00 €

Menu Toscano: a course to learn the fundamentals of Tuscan cuisine. Students will improve their skills to prepare typical dishes. Panzanella, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, baccalà alla livornese and zuccotto alla fiorentina are just some examples of dishes that can be put on the menu.
Traditional fundamentals: a course to approach the secrets of hand-made pasta, pizza dough, and the fundamentals of pastry: short pastry, creams, cream puffs and sponge cake.
Creative Mediterranean cuisine: course for those who have already learnt the fundamentals of Italian cuisine and wish to discover new dishes, special combinations, vacuum cooking and revivals of traditional dishes. Courses are also held in English
